I’m Pluto Gasanova — a Machine Learning & MLOps Engineer who thrives on big challenges and bold goals. By day, I architect end-to-end AI systems in the cloud; by choice, I push my limits in Ironman triathlons and ultra-endurance cycling.
In tech, I’ve built scalable ML frameworks on AWS that take models from concept to secure, production-grade deployment. I design reusable ML pipelines, implement LLM-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and lead MLOps transformations that accelerate AI adoption across global teams. My toolkit spans AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, MLflow, and Python programming— all in service of delivering high-impact, real-world AI solutions. AWS certified in Machine Learning Specialty, AI Practitioner, and Solution Architect, I combine technical expertise with disciplined execution.
In sport, I bring the same relentless drive. I completed Ironman Western Australia 2017 (12 hrs), earned a top age-group podium, qualified for and raced at the 2022 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in St. George, Utah, and hold the national record for 24-hour endurance cycling. Every race is a masterclass in planning, discipline, resilience, and precision execution — the same qualities I bring to engineering complex AI systems.
This blog is where those worlds collide — cutting-edge AI engineering meets endurance sports — with stories, insights, and lessons from both the data center and the finish line.
